Red violet colour with intense purple gleams. Complex on the nose, intense aromas or raspberries and cherry with ripe red bell pepper and hints of black pepper. Smooth and velvety, well balanced with a long pleasant finish. 
Pair with smoked, grilled or roasted meats, spiced dishes and strong, hard cheeses.
